  1. Great video. I acquired a Greenlee 531over 10 years ago, but never put it to use because the drive chain is broken. I have done an extensive amount of searching for the chain, but have not been successful at finding one.

I would love to build this adapter if I can find a way to get the saw working. If anyone has any idea where to find parts for these saws, I would sure like to know.

  2. I'd say the band saw fittings are satisfactory and prove to be well built too.. fantastic job mate and you have a great nack with the welder too.. seems your pooch had an irritating itch lol

  3. I'm binging on your videos. Were the double cab and welding trailer finished? I can't find videos and I'm dying to see the finished products! Hope you enjoyed the Death Wish Coffee.

  4. I love what you did on the first tach on the portable band saw table part. It almost looks like you're blowing on it to cool it off really quick so it didn't pull to one side.

  5. so after a cut short working life in the auto biz @60 y/o im ready to put together my new shop in the house im purchasing. the wife was very cool about my being so fussy with the homes i said no large shed/shop/garages?…not interested..i told her long ago the garage is off limits and for my use only lol…and she knows my love for my hobbies and my building and tinkering. so now i have a waaay oversized garage and a workshop attached with a 2nd floor detached from the main house. im watching your videos to inspire me and get some ideas and i may do what you do alittle… anyway it will be a blast! for me. the only things i need to re buy are the compressor, welders and a floor lift similar to one of yours and im all set…thx for the videos and the inspiration

  6. I may be wrong, but from what I'm seeing, when you were welding on the band saw plate, that was the difference between a gas Mig and a flux core Mig Welder. Am I right? Again, I'm not positive, but I would bet you use a argon/carbon dioxide blend gas on the Miller Mig Welder you use in your shop? I think your allot like me, you just didn't want the fight of rolling out that Miller Welder and the argon tank ..LOL

  7. Kipp Handles in place of the jam bolts would make life much easier, no more tightening the bolt with a wrench/socket. I have a problem where wrenches tend to disappear three seconds after they're set on a crowded work bench.

  8. Hi Mustie
I have been following the welding trailer series with fervour and waiting with some anguish. When are we going to see #15 an actual road trip and the project in actual use?
Please do not keep us waiting too long!!!! Keep the great videos coming Thanks.
