Hand removal patio - Staying positive!

Join the crew as we break up this worn out patio the old school way. Sometimes there is just not the access needed to fit the equipment in, so you do what you have to. Unfortunately this old concrete slab had wire mesh in it and was relatively tough to get out. We eventually knocked it out and it’s ready for concrete! Enjoy

  1. Man, I wish I lived nearby and I was old enough to work with you guys. Even if it means I just help out and volunteer. I helped pour my dad’s concrete when he hired some guys to come pour it I was about 7-8 years old. My mom bought me rubber boots and I helped pull the concrete then they let my help them pour the concrete. I would love to help you guys I would help you without being paid that’s how much I love doing this and honestly it’s more of a respect thing to me too. I do a lot of work for others that could be expensive and I say you don’t have to pay me I just like helping people. But good job on these. You make the best out of jobs that can be super frustrating

  2. anyone know why they didnt just use the machines to tear the patio out? I heard him say they were doing it by hand but didnt give a reason

  3. Ryan hi, just a quick note observation: Tino is a diamond in the rough. Yeah 😎 he’s late sometimes but drives to the job. He pays attention to your requests (but parks badly lol 😂), but he’s wanting to be accepted or to fit in. Maybe try working with him a little more and he will really develop into a top notch employee, possibly running a part of your company saving you time and money.

  4. He called in sick because he didn’t want hand break concrete the very first thing I thought but then I thought like Ryan said he wouldn’t do that now if that was darle that called in most definitely be because they were hand bombing lol

  5. Ryan, you have a good loyal crew except for one person I won’t mention any names seems this person takes total advantage of your kindness. If I am wrong please forgive it’s just my opinion. The quality of your work is Top Notch. I believe it is your nature to do the best job 100% God
Bless your family Business and crew

  6. so true Ryan on the part of, if you're a miserable person it's gonna wear off on your crew and they'll be miserable. I've always heard you're an exact resemblance of your surroundings. Always spread positivity and your crew will always be happy and ready to show up and work hard for you everyday.
