I’m late to the party here but there is a clip missing on that power steering pressure line that holds it to the upper bolt of the belt tensioner, that holds it away from the belt where you were having clearance issues
Had a collection of montes from 70 to 76 lost interest in them never liked the down sized version but I will say I do like this 2007 that thing has to get it with that V8 in it.
If one is stupid enough to put that pulley on backwards, they need to find another line of work.
