We’re wrapping up the last preparations before the Formula Drift E36 gets fully finished and loaded into the trailer for its trip to Long Beach and the start of the 2026 season.
To make sure everything was ready, we took the car out for one final test session. The E36 was feeling stronger and sharper than ever — that big power delivery, the way it rotates, everything we’ve been building toward was finally coming together.
Then, right in the middle of the run, something unexpected happened that turned a smooth shakedown into a full hands-on session. The whole crew jumped in, made the necessary adjustments, and turned it into another classic LZ problem-solving moment.
It’s all part of the process — the kind of last-minute work that makes getting to the grid even more satisfying.
