I support industry specific software and I get blamed for completely unrelated problems. I "broke" a printer by sending a test print 5 days prior. I discover a customer's internet is down and their IT says "how do I fix that?". And when they can't figure what's wrong, they claim the software is inadequate. I wish my company would avoid these kind of customers. They are bad news.
