I can’t freaking wait for EU to force Apple to allow side loading. USB C and side loading will probably make me switch from android. We’ll see how it pans out. Also, emulators are extremely important to me. If only Apple gave us expandable storage. At least they have a 1tb option unlike stupid Samsung.

I suspect that Apple will make the process to enable sideloading as difficult and tedious as humanly possible. They will certainly try to stretch the boundaries set by the EU directive.

sideload is the reason why I'm stick to android
I am using uyouplus on my iPhone through sideloadly but the issue is it need to be installed each week expecting this next ios would not require app install weekly from ios 17
If I could sideload my own apps that I develop this would be a huge deal for my work.
