   I had paid balance 30% after one year. But Flipkart is not issuing GST bill for for that amount. I repeatedly requested to submit the bill they denied to submit bill. They only paid GST on 70% which i had paid one year before. Is it a scam.

11. Yea it's kind of a scam. I bought f62 with 30% discount on smart upgrade for 14k. Now I want to return the phone and I only get rs 100 if I return the phone. It means I paid 14k for 1 yr of use and honestly I didn't liked the phone.

15. Hai Sir, My phone is getting hanged and display gets feezed in some intervals after one year from the smart upgrade plans starts. some soft issues on flipkart app or it can't uninstalled… please help in solving this problem….

17. Question: Flipkart says after 1 year customer says they can exchange this phone for a new one… So at the end of the term, what value do i get of the existing phone ?

    Do they mean that i simply have to return the phone with no exchange value ?

    In simple terms, flipkart is assuring me of 30% buyback value after 1 year !

29. This is a scam as well. Samsung galaxy f62 sells for 23999. It is always at 20% discount, as it's original price is quoted at 29999. If I buy normally, I have to pay 23999. But if I buy using smart upgrade, I have to pay 24098 now and 7900 later. What is wrong with Flipkart

35. If we want to exchange it, won't we get the buyback value eg f62 would sell for about 10k ,so If I buy a new phone, won't I get a discount for 10k for new phone????
