In this video I bring you along as I swap out the leaking plastic A/C lines on a 2017 Jeep Renegade. I swear these newer Fiat Jeeps are the biggest pieces of junk on the road today. The plastic is brittle and these things fail faster than you can fix them but hey, I guess that is kinda my job right? -Enjoy!

  1. Hey man use a 7 or 8 mil socket press it over the inside of the clips. It depresses the clip and pull on the flare and it comes right out. I work on these piles every day at the Chrysler dealer

  2. Fix it again Tony…. The quality of cars today is junk. Plastic everywhere. Like that is going to last 100K… NOT.. and don't bump it because you will be replacing everything all the way to the front doors…

  3. In UK all cars came withe steel wheels they were introduced when alloys came on the market as thieves would steal alloys it was an epidemic so they made locking nuts all cars had different locknuts hope this helps you understand why they have 1 locknut. hi from Scotland love your channel

  4. Rodents wanted Italian food. Those little trim clips, I’ve had good luck slipping a small socket over them. I don’t know which size on that Fiat but it’s faster and easier than needle nose pliers.

  5. Watching you go after the plastic fasteners, I'm always waiting to hear…"That was already broke…." LOL!

Binging, only a year left to go to be current.

I have been around garages and mechanics for at least 45 years. You, Sir., IMO, are incredible.
