8. Thats the exact frame i am building on..that is what i want to install , so i can pull start it ..got to take half the springer to get front wheel off .

18. Instead of insulation tape why not just slit the old innnertube and thread it over. Too slack? Just cut apiece out and glue it in .

27. Hello from Romania, one question for you … Would you prefer more a 4 stroke kit or the 2 stroke ? I'm about to build one and I have doubts about the 4 stroke and the clutch issues … And for the 2 stroke I have doubts about the noise … Could you help me out with a suggestion ? I enjoy riding on hils and valleys … Which one
    would be better for me ? Thanks

31. If you use that motor, on a 5speed, or 10speed. Can the gears be used to go faster?

32. I have seen the kits but wasn't sure how they went together.. But not all of us have an electric glue gun.

33. Mustie, that Black Schwinn chopper was produce in the 1970's, if not earlier. I had one when I was in Middle school, back in the mid to late 70's.

34. I ALSO DID THE CHAIN SET UP THE SAME WAY AND ALSO HAD THE SAME THINKING PROCESS, LIKE WHY? WOULD I ADD ANOTHER ISSUE TO THIS FRANKENSTEIN BICYCLE WE KNOW IS CHEAPLY MANUFACTURED, BUT YEA I AGREE!!! DON'T USE A TENSIONER WITH THESE THEY ALWAYS NEED ATTENTION & YOU WILL WIND UP ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITHOUT THE CHAINTENTIONER YOUR STRAIGHT UNLESS LIKE YOU SAID YOUR BIKE HAS SUSPENSION

40. Mustie at 9:50 the old radio. Are you going to restore this one? I follow radio restorers here on YouTube they handle the same amount of love for electronics as you for mechanics.
    Worthy to save the radio, meanwhile don't set power to it if unrestored they die.

42. when we cross country raced motorcyles we heated up grease until liquid put chain in and let cool dug out blew off with air hose would run a long time before need ing oil

44. Mustie… Love your work, however this particular bike looks like a schwinn Phantom.. Own of the most expensive and sought after bikes. I had a frame a few years back in a lot worse shape that sold for $800.
