  1. AHY!!, , , , ,demon,, ,ectrikian,, ,don't forget,,'tu' draw an "as built" wiring, , schematic,, for all 'yer' interior,, wiring,,'n'make a load of
copies & stash least one, in a readily, available dedicated, place in the trailer. . . . . .JUST,,DO,,IT!!!!

  2. I haven't finished watching this trailer series but I am dying to ask if you end up with the welder and your tool box near the front of the trailer, what is the tongue weight on this project once you finished? I am worried you will need a poured concrete pad to put the tongue jack onto with that much weight in front. Hoping for a happy ending.

  3. Fun watching you build the dream mobile shop. You're going to regret not having a toe space on your work bench though. Makes a big difference.

  4. Under that workbench should have been drawers, those would have made that cabinet extra handy, so remove that piece..you only need hinges for your pop-up-door and mount 2 drawers in there. Also the height is a little high, as you originally had it set for when you were mounting the compressor on a rack, partially on the wheel well, as a little lower than waist high is the most comfortable natural position, but it's ok for how much you'll use it.

  5. I would be very careful of the weight of that tool box and where you are putting it. That thing can get REAL heavy and fast throwing off your balance of the trailer alot. I would have put it across from welder/generator.

  6. Nice job! Since you built a steel frame for the bench, you could have cut out the studs over the wheel well and used the wall cleat as a header and made a slide out tray for the compressor to have access from the exterior. The door could be top hinged to act as a weather shield and the tray could have fold down supports. I would do the same for the welder, which would provide easier access from the outside.

  7. Very nice!! That toilet stall hardware works great. Maybe a couple of small pipe spreaders where you bolted through the six inch header piece?? That lab top stuff is very "tuff" stuff also. Takes a special drill bit/hole saw to drill it since it's so dense. VERY heavy. Not concerned about the weight??

  8. that bench is a work of art. You are an artist with metal and mechanical things. love your channel and content. I always watch every video to the end

  9. Was there any reason not to move the Air pump back to about 6 Inches from the rear door? Then have a removable rear panel for air supply and remove the whole unit? Totally agree with keeping it mobile. Other option if you were not is to remove the tank and fit above the wheel side by side working back from the side door. Then box that in with removable end panel by opening side door.

  10. Have you ever considered taking the compressor apart? With just the compressor head and motor it seems like it will take up a lot less space. You might even be able to squeeze the air tanks under the trailer between the frame joists.

  11. The lighting you put in there turned out great! One compressor and one work table off the bucket list. Nice work. Looking forward to the generator/welder.

  12. It takes a lot of thought to get a big project like this done. You have to balance both access/use of the gear and the weight so the trailer goes where it's towed. Love these long videos that take me through the process, Mustie.

  13. Dam thats really neat 😀
If you think removing the kickplate is likely, perhaps some of the plastic knob type bolts from push lawn mowers would be a tool less way to remove that plate for service, perhaps.
I would be supprised if that unit would go anywhere under the bench.
