5. Apple doesnt sue LG because a) LG doesnt really copy Apple's design IMO and b) no-one buys LG phones to make them a threat.

   but the LG prada was a shity phone so no one heard about it.
   that way apple had the ability to rip it off by making an exact copy of it and call it iphone 4
