To avoid or prevent the existing situation, where members of congress or of the house of representatives, and everyone who takes the OATH ,to uphold the rules of the CONSTITUTION, and subsequently come to make a MOCKERY, of said oath, a new law should be introduced, to REVOKE, that members STATUS, with recourse, Vested only in Federal Courts, and not to the President, ie to say NO PRESIDENTIAL PARDON, for that offence.
