3. I have friends in Colombia, all who went into a mandatory quarantine for 19 days when this all began. I watch their numbers, and they of course increase. But the amount of cases they have I feel is a direct result of the country being locked down and the people respecting their neighbors, friends and family by staying inside. They were allowed out once a week to get food, supplies. Looking around here in Los Angeles, people aren't respecting it. The freeways are jammed with traffic again, and a lot of people here just don't get it.

    Hillsborough county, Tampa Bay, has been doing it for a couple of days now. They said anyone who thinks has been in contact can get tested. Free. Just need to make appointment.
