Probably should have tried the relearn procedure on the old throttle body to make sure the owner didn’t accidentally open the throttle plate by hand without the engine running (just like you did before replacing it). Doing that is all it takes to throw those electronic throttle bodies out of wack. Put two hands on your work for once. The customer is more important than us over opinionated viewers. Js

19. It starts pushing against the work with the wire when your work speed is too fast. You needed to turn the machine down a little bit and move that wire very slowly as you work the puddle. Like I said earlier if it's hot enough to tack it is too hot to run a bead so what you can do if you can do a good heart attack is just lay the tax on top of each other. Fundamentally stitching it together

21. If it's hot enough of a MIG to give you a good tack on that sheet metal it is too hot to weld with that adjustment.

22. Single exhaust and 1 and 3/4 inch diameter. Even if it's a two-barrel, it's constipated. Should be at least a 2-2 1/2

23. That thing is running awfully rich. Maybe lean it out just a little bit so you're not just pouring the fuel through the engine
