  1. As to the billboard. If local commuters pass by it may be a good idea. Because you want local people to see it. I don't think that long distance commuters would use your shop. They would use a shop close to home.

  2. Color name on the 'cuda" is "Plum Crazy" just like early ',70s! Others yhat come to mind green eny/lemon drop. Ford hadone (my '74 pinto wagon that i bought from original owner " Anti- EstablishMINT green" with green paisley vloyh seat inserts,!!!!!

  3. when you try doing this again try putting a stocking on the line when you blow the air out a nylon stocking will catch all the metal shavings you blow out and verify you got everything.

  4. Did the customer try to blame you for the AC not working because you fixed their gas tank even though they are completely separate systems on the vehicle? When I was a service advisor at Firestone we used to get this all the time. We’d fix the customers brakes and the next week or so they would come in and say we messed their car up because now it has an check engine light coming on since we did the brakes. 😂😂😂

  5. You got a pair brother! To even try to save that line you sir are a awesome mech !!!! God bless ya!! Thx for sharing Yes I know this was a year ago,,,,, Hope your life problem goes ok…

  6. Ray, some of those R134A fitting made in chinna with replacement hoses , you can not remove that valve core, they have an internal lip machined into them to stop you from just removing the vavle core, they want you to have to replace the whole high flow fitting, that way it has a new seat and threads, but be careful both the high flow fitting and the line are cheap Chineesum aluminum, I swisted one right off on my 2002 Jeep Liberty, and I am a retired 30+ year Vetran of the HVACR industry, thank God I was replacing the whole line at that time or I would have been screwed. lol PS: In all but automotive these are Called CoreMax fitting and the whole fitting is always replaced, we even have spical CoreMax removal tools to remove and replace these fitting while under presher with out a lose of refrigent, but OMG are the tools Expencive $400.00.
