The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Norman Sweeney. Norman was last seen October 23, 2023, at 12:45 am on the 5xx block of E. Allegheny Ave.
Norman is 77-years-of-age, 6’1, 164 lbs., brown eyes, gray hair, medium complexion, thin build, moustache and unshaven, and was last seen wearing a black jacket, sweater, multicolored pants with marron stripes on the side, red/white and blue sneakers.
