The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Isaiah Young-Cook. Isaiah was last seen April 28, 2024, at 2:30 pm on the 45xx block of N 18th St. Isaiah is known to frequent the Tarken Rec Center located at 6250 Frontenac St.
He is 15 years-of-age, 5’10â€Â, 230 lbs., heavy build, brown skin tone, brown eyes, hair in dreadlocks and partly dyed blond ear length and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black and white sneakers.
