Missing Juvenile Israel Fernandez from the 17th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Israel Fernandez. He was last seen on November 13, 2025, in the area of 18XX S. 22nd Street, Philadelphia, PA.
Israel is described as 5’2” tall, approximately 130 pounds, and was last observed wearing a black Nike backpack, a black hoodie with purple graphics on the front, a green collared shirt underneath, black pants, and black and white Nike sneakers.
