Missing Juvenile Ryan Freeman from the 39th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person Ryan Freeman. The 15-year-old male was last seen on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 6:30 a.m., on the 1900 block of Brunner Street.
His height 5’7″”, weighs 120 lbs., thin build, brown eyes, and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a Lincoln High School uniform shirt, black sweatpants, blue rain jacket, and black sneakers.
