The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person, Laura Allan. The 32-year-old female was last seen on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 9:40 p.m., in the center city area.
Her height is 5”6″, weighs 120 lbs., thin build, and brown hair.
