Missing Person Samuel Colon from the 2nd District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person, Samuel Colon. The 64-year-old male was last seen on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, on the 1000 block of East Cheltenham Avenue.
His height is 5’10â€, weighs 130 lbs., and thin build. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, black shorts, white socks, and black sneakers with white trim.
