Missing Person Shantay Tart from the 12th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person, Shantay Tart. The 47-year-old female was last seen on Thursday, October 30, 2025, on the 5400 block of Springfield Avenue.
Her height is 5’6″, and weighs 200 lbs. She likes to frequent the area of 8th and Market Streets.
