Well I thought this was going to be super easy but what I found when I got there wasn’t good. Things settled down and we got the job done anyway and it turned out good. It just took a little unnecessary work to get there. Enjoy

Watching this video in July 2025 is a real eye opener. The real progress of how far Victory Concrete has come is actually pretty substantial. Watching a current video is so much more entertain and educating than videos of the past. It just shows Ryans struggle to make his company and its employees better and more conscience of the job they are doing, with in turn reveals a much better finished product. Keep up the good work.

Man I understand not being a paper contractor myself. Leave crew for a “simple†job and come back to a mess. Much respect letting it go so you don’t make the whole day about your frustration. Hard to do knowing that you are paying for the mistakes not the ones you pat to trust to do the job right every time.

Your men arent the sharpest tools in the shed how do you work with them it seems like you have to do all the thinking they are lucky to have jobs. And Eric acts like he's never done concrete .
Small chips in concrete. I have seen Ready Mix Companies, usually only when they own there own Gravel Pits will add more chips in there small aggregate makeup because concrete finishers will complain about the chips because they flip over when you hard trowel your finish. Some Gravel pits don’t have a lot of one (1) inch minus aggregate naturally so they crush all or most of there one (1) inch aggregate and they end up with at time thousands of yards of chips.
Chip Sealing Asphalt was a windfall for a lot of Gravel Pits. Chips were not a big deal if you’re are power trowel finishing.
Bugs not Buzz
If you have employees, well very seldom will they not disappoint you at some point. VERY VERY FEW Buzz’e’s. 2 inches of concrete. Who will know the difference.

My son just did a taylormade fitting and was recommended the KBS Max 80g stiff shafts but I can not find them in .355 what shaft would be best and similar that has a .355 tip? He plays the p7MCs.

I pour concrete everyday in there's no way I would have those guys getting that out with a shovel when there's a machine should have canceled the mud or put it on hold don't never over work anyone plus the truck could have pulled in too pour the mud out just saying
