I just got my Netflix hacked and I no longer exists. I couldn’t even sign in with my number or email. The language changed to Spanish which I can read and speak but I prefer English as my language on my accounts. There is another email on there. So I called my bank and they deactivated my bank card. I still want my Netflix back but I’m not sure if I will do it.
Hi. happened to me a l ot of times. no, password is not the problem. happens when u use tv / apps like rave where you login ur netflix details. ur details are then sold for cheap to other users. the part i can never understood is how their watch activity do not affect any of our profiles. It is probably due to different countries where others activity does not reflect on your profile. fk freeloaders

No! Do not call the number on the website. Well for me that is. Some how, after I was hacked, they made it to where the real Netflix website shows a fake number, I also googled the real number, and still got connected with someone who wanted my CC number to get my account back up. Apparently the hacker changed the email on my acct, so the only way to get it back is to verify my full CC on file. I’m very confused as to why even the real Netflix number is redirecting my call. I even tried on house phone. So not sure what to do right now. Still working on it. It’s actually nerve wrecking.

Ijust got hacked too, account was hacked by a arabic person. He had changed the language to his so i had to use translate to change my password.. then the only problem was that i couldnt understand anything, so i used translate to see what “Language†was in arabic. It was a weird “Wâ€, then i found it got to change it and saw he deleted all my profiles and stuff.. but i think im fine now ðŸ‘
