WITJH JUNKYARD AXLES YOU HAVE TO PUT FLUID IN//
I have to change the rear end in my wife's 2014 ram sport today and tomorrow, watched these videos several times. Should help, it's been about 20 years since I have replaced a rear end.
Thanks, Ray. You just made me remember the time when I had to replace the rear axle on my old Parisian ( the axle came apart on the freeway on my way into work ) you did a good job on that Dodge
did you place the rubber stop?
did you install the bump stop on the right side?

Late to comment here. I am wondering why the passenger bumpstop was not replaced. It was missing from the start. I am guessing it was lost when the truck got hit and the bumpstops are sort of needed.
The fact that it bent the arms on the driver's side means it took a hell of a hit-I'm surprised the body shop could drive it over to your shop
Great job Ray, What happened to the bump stop of the passengers side of the car???
Orange Bumper Stop on right side axle
What is the reason in laymans terms for the directional arms on the diff? That is other than it is labeled that way.
bet the frame is also torqued out of shape
Amazing job as usual I really do like to set up on that for link that was really a well-built rear end and plus the sway bar good setup great job a thank you Ray have a good day

"Do you ever notice that every time I do suspensions it's super sketchy?"
YES, IT'S WHAT LIVE FOR
Has anyone noticed the passenger side parking brake cable was run under the lower control arm instead of between them where it belongs? I think that could allow damage to the cable.
Right bump stop???????????
Great job but what about the bump stop?
I wish you showed damage more clearly to Bed…
You mean 22:30…It could have blasted out
One wonders if those control arm bushings got so mangled how could one be sure that what they were attached to didn't? Not a body and frame guy at all but I bet that thing will leave four separate tire tracks in the snow.
