14. I am a little late from when you made this video but I cant help but notice that you didn't follow the existing control joints from the driveway for the garage. I only mention it since in one of your previous videos when you were helping your son with a small add on for a basketball court. you mentioned how it was important to follow the existing control joints. So I can't help but wonder why it wasn't followed.

17. Completely disagree about a customer getting multiple quotes to do a job. The amount of money these require the customer should be able to get multiple contractors out and see if they are getting a good price. It also allows the customer to make sure they can have a working relationship with their contractor moving forward.
