Not going to lie Francisco and Eric should be moving a lot more. Lot of standing around and never thinking ahead. Even if you mess up by thinking ahead its the fact they're trying.
Hows the package business? Sometimes it drops off and sometimes it picks up.
I decided to start from the beginning and here I am now, I hope by now Francisco and Erick understood that Ryan is a great teacher, has pride on what he does, and expects everyone know what to do. Bugs is the man, no messing around when is time to have the bosses back just like he does for his guys.

i love seeing how a real crew works. when i go into work i complain how my boss doesnt have any of the necessary tools to do the job half the time and how everythinhg is hand removal when hes got a jackhammer, excavator and bobcat. wwhat id give to be on a real crew

My grandpa use to make me pour concrete with him in high school as punishment for my bad grades. He worked me to death so my grades shot up lol it thought me how to work hard tho and I still do to this day so thanks grandpa rip
