1. Well the quality isn't good because it's interpolation, and what that means that the camera sensor is still 480p, and the video is upscaled to 720p. It kinda taking a 3-megapixel photo and upscaling it to a 5-megapixel photo. So the quality will still rely on the camera's sensor.
