Dude – the reason they are late all the time is because there is no consequences! If I showed up late 70% of the time and no one said anything or there was no threat to my job, I would continue to do it
put pex tubing under that concrete even if he isn't going to use it now. Can't do it in the future if he changes his mind and wants to heat that floor.

What really impressed me with Big Ray is that he finds a way to work no matter what it takes. He even rides the bus, and it doesn’t take him all the way to the shop. He has to walk the rest of the way. Tino could learn a thing or two from Big Ray. You have to be an adult and show up to work. Some places I’ve worked at, like Fire, you get fired if you show up late 2 times, and it could only be 1 minute late clocking in. Ryan, you have a dang good crew of guys, and in today’s world, it’s almost impossible to find that. I like everybody that works at Victory, but they all need to respect Ryan and show up on time. Ryan, you are a great boss and take VERY GOOD care of your guys. Not many bosses/business owners do what you do. I just had to give my two cents because I’ve noticed as the summer has gone on, it got worse and worse with a couple of guys, and I’m not being disrespectful in any way.
