  1. No disrespect intended but I don't agree with your hose clamp assessment. I've always tossed the "springy" clamps and installed the screw type. Never had a problem.

  2. I have been known to “double clamp” connections after having blow off event, I use 16 gu stainless steel tie wire and end nippers and place it right next to the existing clamp as a sort of safety

  3. An old Ferrari mechanic I worked with years ago would put form a gasket on the hoses to help them seal, would also assist shoving them on. They were a pain in the ass to remove later though.

  4. See, I always thought the worm gear type claim was better and car makers just used that type of clamp to make assembly faster.

    So I learned something today.

  5. Ray, you were talking about your lights not having magnets. Here's a tip, inside a microwave oven you will find two, 2 – 3 inch doughnut magnets. Remove them and glue them to your whatever.

  6. A 2002 S10 Crew Cab broke my Chevy addiction. Bought from original owner, 40k miles, anally maintained per owner's manual with receipts. Hit 102k and everything broke. Was like owning an Audi, except parts were cheaper.

  7. I just bought a blazer just like that. The only issue i have with it now is the spider injection system. Or in my case i call them the god d**** clip cause i almost always lose them

  8. Loved the video on the S10. Recently bought the same vehicle, but in a GMC Sonoma and love working on it. Gives a 75 year old something to do as I don’t have any motorcycle restoration projects on my work bench🇨🇦😁

  9. I had the '98 GMC version of this truck with the same engine. Moderate fuel economy, but could pull like a semi. Fantastic all-terrain SUV.

  10. What about the rubber bushings that go on the bottom of the radiator that you pointed out I noticed that the new one did not have any installed it without them please elaborate?

  11. On the radiator can we just order new seals reseal it and put it back on and save the customer anywhere from $300-$600 that’s my suggestion that’s a lot of money today’s times but I’m not there lol God bless you Ray ✝️✝️✝️

  12. Thanks for all productions – I have no idea why I'm watching this videos, but can't stop. BTW thumbs for radio station / playlist / DJ (whatever it is). I'll be off re-listening to SOAD.
