2. OMG Ray, what a fantastic tour, and in my mind, one of the greatest honours and privileges to be able to "work" on this car. And the owner who put this together is a mechanical and artistic genius; the vehicle just oozes absolute love and dedication

5. I'm sure you know this now, but parts for these are actually EASY to find new old stock because someone bought the entirety of Delorean Motor Company and all the unbuilt DMC-12s with it.

   I'm not saying it's cheap, but you can get OEM parts for these.

8. Amazing! I was confused at the beginning but I caught on! Really cool to watch! I liked how you set the can of brake clean on the filter so calmly. I was hoping you would say “Anotha!” But that’s okay!

    Sometimes when bored we'd call up another store trying to get the new guy on the phone… Pretend like we were from a local shop and ask the new guy to price out a flux capacitor….

19. The funny part is that when you have an electrical issue on a car, you may look at a wiring diagram for circuit description and information. With after market upgrades, it gets complicated. This level of upgrades could be a nightmare. If banging on the dash helps, a loose connection is probable.

25. Wouldn't YOU be suprised if, after restoration, you activated the time circuit and on the interstate suddenly found yourself in the 1800s!

26. I wanted to say high voltage! I think the nixie tubes, numerals, are high voltage. Also, buy spares now! I believe those tubes are scarse.

29. 13:14 "Yeah, yeah, it's not original to the car…" LOL! All the stuff ON that DeLorean isn't original to the car… nice joke, though. Gotta nerd out occasionally. Is this a fan-built prop car replica (the additions like time circuits, I mean), or is this an actual Universal Studios prop car? I saw the shorter video on this where the dash was signed by the actors.

35. I watching that part 3 and when that lightning bolt sent him to 1886. He was in that cave and the fuel line was damaged, he looked over a ran leaving them boots and hit his noggin on that lower fence.

44. nice to see a DMC still going. always wondered what mix of parts were put on that car. ford,GM, Chrysler?
    wonder when the last time the jets were cleaned, but you can go into the future and see when they fail,
    and replace them when you go back to your time, before they have issues! :-}
