Weird how calm the cattle get in the barn in winter when compared to the fog horn brigade in summer. It's almost as if they're half hibernating in there.
Hi Pete and Hilary
When feeding the cows with Hay do you ever accidentally prod the face of cows when fluffing the hay outside the Pen
I love new glove day, simple things. Worked for a farmer and in the cold all outside jobs needed to be done with your gloves on. It takes time to get used to using hand tools with work gloves on.
Pete, I am ready for you to work on the 856 some more. I love your tractor restoration videos. The farm life is great, and I love watching it all. I really look forward to the restoration videos.
Thx
Peter I am 80 years old. Being 55 and feeling uncertain is a dangerous. I remember I grew uncertain and took out my ax and started swinging. It cost me money, friends and certainty. Eventually I was forced to find a center that was sturdy enough to depend on. And I retired at 70 with enough wealth to keep us comfortable. I have been blessed by health and good doctors. I wish the same for you. I like you and I wish you well. Bob
All your videos are great ,, just make them like your doing now!😊ðŸ‘, No need to fix what isn’t broken 🤷â€â™‚ï¸, you have a well rounded videos and down to earth, and that’s all that matters ðŸ‘😊ðŸ™
Do u have a predictor problem
When I need to put the valve stem where I needed it I would spray paint a mark on top of the tire where I could see it. Then I broke down finally and paid the money for new tires 😂
Great content as always ! Enjoy the mix of tractor rebuilds, farm chores, animals and auctions -keep up the good work !
I still like the way you’ve been mixing it all up on one channel. That’s my 2 cents. And I’m looking forward to the garden. Ever since you mentioned it was a possibility a few seasons ago.
Hi from OH, I enjoy your videos so much! Your antique tractors are Beautiful ⤠reminds me of my youth and my Grandpa's 3 Internationals he raised hogs and crops. Another great way to seal in anything nasty in your hog barn is after your cleaning paint it with white primer!! Cheap paint that will seal just like the wood on your house! God bless you and thank you for your wonderful videos â¤
In a previous video – sometime before you tried the vaccine with the pigs – you had mentioned that you were winding down the pig breeding, and Brownie was going to the butcher to be processed for an existing customer who liked "old pork" …
Did that person no longer want Brownie's meat, or was it just easier to donate all 3 for the pantry?
Buddy, how you doing I bought your book a while back very good anyways I came here because it was just a few acres. Not just a few tractors. I hate to see you leave this channel. I always like the barbeque with the Montreal seasoning since I’m in Canada my wife watches you more than I do I think. I like it when you go to the auctions as well that’s always interesting. Never seem to see that kind of stuff up here. The farmers market probably will be starting soon again anyways chin up my friend when you seem down. There’s a lot of us out here rooting for ya take care
Welcome back!
Nice life style, good thing you don't live in Oregon, your days would be numbered . Keep up the good work !!😊 Very enjoyable!
Hello there, I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with many decisions regarding the building of our farm/homestead. Your wisdom has definitely inspired me to make decisions with any experience in farming and raising cattle. We are in the process of building our entire homestead including a log home and a cattle, pig and chicken operation. I’m sorry you have had difficulty with your pigs. We have had good luck with ours and I can’t imagine not raising our own pork. Because of you we selected Dexters as our cattle breed and have been very happy with our efforts. Good luck in the future and give us a shout sometime. Good luck
you have a Great Channel / Keep It up!!
It is a good sound.
Where I used to live(almost 10 years ago now), there was a fella who would sell started pullets. He bought new chicks from the hatcheries, different popular breeds, raised them until they could go into the coop and sold them for $7-$10 a bird, mainly for the smaller back yard people who didn't want to fuss with a brooder. You scheduled an appointment, tell him what you wanted and he used a pool net to catch them and put them in whatever box you brought with you. Just FYI. You know your market.
Just your channel and just have playlists 👠🇨🇦
I am not a YT so not sure about monetizing aspect but have you done any shorts?
What is often the size of an elephant but weighs nothing?
I enjoyed watching all that was going on. Ezra is a loving cat and he works 😻😻. Thanks for sharing.
Good to haven ya back Pete. Missed the videos.
I do always enjoy listening and watching cattle. That woolly brown one seemed camera shy, but pretty. Love Cattle, love gardens, love farming and chickens are OK as long as they aren't mine.
Thanks for the video. I have been taking time off as well, but plan on playing catch-up on the ones I missed, in between watching your new ones. Hope the weather cooperates and is more normal this year, if there is such a thing as normal weather. Take care.
It’s time to say Good bye. Too many tractors and no pigs… but I understand your reasons.
Before unsubscribing, I want to thank you for the good moments you shared.
I really appreciate the videos of you just doing chores, helps me get threw the winter months when I'm just feeding and doing farmers market 1 day a week
