I have cheated with a gate that needed the eye to be somewhere it didn't want to be so after replacing the bolt put a tech screw in it.
you i think need to screw the top gate screw into the post quite a bit more and maybe the lower one out more . . just saying
Time for a wheel cause it is such a long gate
Put a wheel on the end of it, that will support it. There is not enough support for the post it is hung on, in short the gate is too heavy.
Adjust the gate and put some wheels under

The top hit your gate Pole your fence pole it is rotten you have termites the top hinges threaded in like a wood screw you need one you need one that is like a bolt that goes through that has a nut on the other side bottom line you really need to replace the fence pole because that hinge is going to keep pulling it out put extra downforce on the gate when the actuator kicks it between that the wheel on the far and that ought to take a lot of stress off of it and stabilize it have a good days I

You need to add a angle brace to eliminate the sag in that style gate.
Happens alot with long gates of that type. Recomend a cable style that you can adjust if it moves again.
You need to install a "dead man" post on the main post the gate connects to. It's hitting the ground because the post is leaning in.
bolt a wheel onto the end of the gate and poor some concrete in the path that the wheel runs on. that will take the load off the end of the gate.

You probably already solved the gate issue by now but if you rotated that lag bolt that the gate hinges on a few turns into the fence post it should raise up the fence angle a little bit also a diagonal wire from the top part of the hinge to the bottom part of the far side of the gate can be tensioned using a turnbuckle on the wire. That should keep the fence ridged so it doesnt sag on the far end.

To lift the end of your gate , screw in the Upper Cane Bolt more . Might work well enough ?
EYE Bolt through the Post with bridge Washer , Then Rehang the gate with chain and clamp !? Gate seemed to be pretty wide though 🙂

A wheel does a world of wonders for the gate. I'm sure you probably considered it already and someone else probably said something similar here already too, but that's my -2cents.
If you turn the top hinge pin into the post further it will lift the gate. Depending on the strength of the wooden hinge post, you might have to run a guy wire from the top of the hinge post to the bottom of the next post back.
The slow motion effect is your lizard brain engaging survival mode. It overrides all other operations to provide clarity it life and death situations. I had a similar experience in Kuwait 16 years ago. In the Middle East it is common to put a pile of stones or other object 100' behind your car as a warning if you break down. For me, it was a large bus tire 250' behind a broken down bus in the right hand lane. I had just dropped off my wife at the airport and ensured her that I would be careful while she is gone.
I was driving into work at around 130K/hr . I didn't see the black tire on the black road until the last moment. My lizard brain wrenched the steering wheel to the right just as I hit the tire and became airborne. My drivers side mirror missed the back of the bus my centimeters, and I discovered breaks do not work while in the air. I had the breaks locked up when I hit and I slid through a mobile rail/fence and slid into an unmanned parked police car. The front wheel of the bus was removed (the one I hit) so the front of the bus had dipped down while the rear had raised up.
If I had not cranked the steering wheel at that last moment I would have slid under the bus and would have been cut in half. I have yet to share this with my wife.

My only smash was about 60 plu 10 kmh head on so 70 kmh just off center, slipped left out of the seat belt, left hand drive, fell left off the airbag and hit my head on the floor shifter, i remember one eye looking upp put the screen straight up at the bright street light.
The adreno chemicals are real, and the seat belt bruise took a day.

For the gate you need the new L bolt who go though the wood pillar. With this you can change the angle of the gate when it open and close by shortening the top one.
And the gate motor seem kinda weak …

The gate: Quick solution would be a wheel on the end, small wheelbarow style. The real problem though, is the sag, and that's down to the rather cheap n nasty hinges supplied with the unit, get stronger hinges. If it's reliability you want, better too much than too little. 😉

Put a wheel on it! And Mount the actuator close to the ground as it pushes the gate down towards the ground.
Are those bull bars on the front of your truck, Ray? Are you aware that these are pedestrian killers? Vehicles are designed for pedestrians to be hurled over the top of the vehicle AT GENTLE SPEEDS. The locally- massive hit from a piece of the bull bars will kill a child even in a low speed collision.

The way it is hinged it will continue to sag without some end supported.
You will need way stronger and way better founded pillar to hold that long gate…
Deeper hole + metal post + concreat.
Weld the hinges to the metal post a few inches higher.
You should put a cable diagonal to the lower point of the gate, pulling the end up.
These gates are not that stable, especially when they're long.
You need that cable.
