We found bent electrodes on old AC Delco plugs causing improper spark gaps, an overcharged AC system with a cracked orifice tube and bad service valve, a loose exhaust clamp causing rattle, a dry-rotted motor mount, and a lazy O2 sensor with biased fuel trims on bank 1. No active DTCs, but historical misfires and other hidden issues explain why nothing stayed fixed.
