Come along with Eric O. as he steps outside of the shop and has to do some repairs on his own stuff for once! In this video his brother Scott comes over to take the rear tire off his Farmall H so Eric O can repair a missing stop on the wheel and keep it from slipping on the hub. –Enjoy!

20 thoughts on “Replacing A Rear Tractor Tire – Rim Removal

  1. Back in the late 80s I was in a tire shop here in SC , getting some tires on an old pick up, on the counter top was one of those 2-3 glass pickle jars that the owner threw stuff that he dug out of tires….of course there was the nails, some shards of metal…saw a deer antler, sparkplug, one half of a needle nose pliers, screw drivers…lol it help pass the time, rotating that jar around and looking at all his trophies

  2. I started out thinking I was gonna do this for my 20horse Jinma 284 here in New Zealand…but now I'm gonna call a guy. Thanks for showing me the way, heh.
Bath NY… looks like home to me. I was born in Corning

  3. Great information. I have a Farmall H that has a leaking tube and with this video, like in "Ghost Busters", who ya gonna call? Thanks both of you again!

  4. Yup, another good vid. Reset everything, no money lite… SHIP IT!!! Last one I did {my tractor, but I watched} was a 28.4 X 38 fulla chloride. About 1975 ish. Michael in Colorado.

  5. I bought a Ford 8N tractor and 4 months later I was getting ready to get firewood when I saw the rim was split because of the calcium ,. I saw were people are using beet juice or windshield washer fluid or RV antifreeze in there tires and if it leaks you don't have to worry about anything rusting out..
