This isn't a surprise at all bro. So here's the lowdown on Rhode Island. They have a HUGE population of folks from Cape Verde, they all have 4-6 kids and live in section 8 housing, so the majority of the young males sell drugs to make their bills or whatever. Most of them involved in big money crime are around Providence. The thing is, there's always a few kids who grow up a little different, get picked on, have autism or whatever. and THOSE cape verdians become cops. Then they refuse to cut ties with their friends and family; and they are very corrupt and cover anything up as long as a cape verdian did it. BTW you should google what I'm saying, because I''m sure this comes off as racist or something; but it's' just how shit is down there.
