Should I just quit working on Mondays?

Join the crew and a couple of guests as we get off to a rocky start on a typical Monday. Things got better and we got done what we needed to. We knocked out a big garage floor and got it ready to pour. The driveway is waiting for us.

  1. These guys are lazy, they need to be fueling up on Friday so Monday your ready to go. I mean they're always late and then needing to spend another hour to get fuel so your wasting 1-1/2 hrs on Monday

  2. And all that stopping at the store while inrout to a job is a big no no here. We have to do the job before going to the store, breakfast, and poops 💩 must be done before your shift.

  3. Me working all the years I have I’ve always wanted to not work on mondays when I started my business we don’t work on mondays we work 4 10hr days … unless we have to catch up on some work and I’ll use some Mondays to do my touch up jobs ..

  4. Why would you leave without paying and go home a take a shower and leave your crew waiting around. On top of that you had a whole other company waiting to use the pumps. Talk about Pre Madonna

  5. It’s funny how no one is late anymore. When you have a guy that constantly never shows up on time the rest of your guys feed off that thinking it’s obviously okay. Both Daryl’s were parasites you did yourself a favor finally getting rid of them for good. Textbook horrible employees

  6. Just finding out about victory concrete. Big fan of the show so far! Keep up the great content. 2 questions. Why don’t you put a fuel barrel at your shop? And why don’t you invest in steel forms instead of buying 2x4s all the time?

  7. You’re so blessed Ryan! God is so good to you! And I have a feeling you’ve earned every bit of his grace! Congratulations on your beautiful life unfolding before all of our eyes!
