21. can you provide ranking about the RAW performance just the hardware.
    This helps us to find better SoC between older flagship and current mid rangers.

34. Yes the new chips support a lot more features, but the question is will the manufacturers implement those features in their budget phones.
    For instance, Snapdragon 410 supports quick charge 2.0 according to qualcomm but sadly no manufacturer implemented it.
