"Artificial" voices also sound less artificial when it's not your native language. If you have Google translate pronounce something in your native language, it sounds really robotic/artificial, but if you have it pronounce something in another language, certainly to my ear, it no longer sounds as artificial.

Best way to fight scammers online, first turn off your wifi, next do not let them connect to your computer. Third, if the person talks with an Indian accent hang up on them. Fourth ask ChatGPT for a customer support number of anything not on Google
