16. maybe I missed this but I am wondering why the concrete outside of the building could not have been poured at the same time as the building slab? I am not a concrete person (although I have watched all of your videos so I like to act like I know some stuff..lol) so I am just wondering why they had to be poured separately. THANKS!

18. Lesson for anyone working in the construction industry. Bring a bag of spare clothes, 1 or 2 of everything and just leave it in your vehicle. There will be moments where you unexpectedly get soaked or step into something you shouldn’t, you will be soooo glad to have that change of clothes!

I just wonder if smights will let the driver keep that $101 lol we use to give out tips to good drivers all the time but we had to keep it hush hush because the concrete compsny would flip out man and if they found out then the driver only got 25% of the dmn tip man! I always thought that that was super crazy but we would always keep it on the low low lol
