  1. They made it painful to even be able to communicate requiring an external app installed on your devices that you want to communicate with the watch with.

  2. What about the walled garden necessary for calls and texts? That would have been a critical mention. If you don't have the app, an account, and have been added by the parent, you cannot communicate with this device. Grandma can't call it. She has to have the app. This is really for parents only and there is the quasi-ability for up to 20 others to contact the child if the aforementioned items have been done.
