What gets me the most, about all the safety you preach to your men is you let these guys go to work without the proper safety🥾 shoes. This can't look good to your insurance company, if they see your videos. Overall I’d say Ryan does some pretty nice work. BUT, one thing that has always bothered me is how little care is taken when digging the grass out to set the form. Like in this one, there is almost a foot and a half of dug out grass in some areas. That’s ridiculous and would irritate me as a customer. It’s something like that can set a business apart from the others.
