We’re proud to say we’ve published 20 episodes on our Talkin’ Shift Podcast, and we’re happy to have Jim Neuenfeldt (AKA Parish) on to mark the milestone. Parish is a big time OG on the 1320video Youtube channel – going back 20 years. He was widely known in the midwest for his 10 second sleeper Silverado that had twin turbos before it was cool, and could gap nearly everything on the streets.

That nova wagon was a BEAST back then !!!!
Boosteds yellow mustang and parishs blue truck got me following 1320 been a fan since then. Nobody could beat these guys looked like a blast
That truck got so many people into going fast 💪💪
Parish had the Mexican GTR long before Houston knew anything about it.
Streetfire
i've missed jim and his blue truck
Whyd you guys delete my comment about Kyle???
Man Parish is a solid dude, When I wanted to swap my Chevelle in 2006, I sent him a PM on ls1tech and he found me an engine at the wrecker in Omaha, $1000 vs $3000 in Canada at the time.
Man. We are gettin old. Miss those old days.
Been waiting for this one
I can remember running Omaha in the mid 90's through about 1998 with the street racing scene. Seems like there was some overlap with some of my IASCA events or other stereo meets there. I had a 420 stroker sbc in my 70 vette that we ran around with. Wish I could have been part of the "Parish" era!!! I loved following the builds and the videos on all of the forums back then! â¤
I'm the same way I enjoy building as much as racing
Jim has a wealth of knowledge. It's a good time chatting with him and watching him race.
Parish started the turbo ls movement.
I remember a Fairmont with an LS swap WAY before anyone else!
Us old timers still remember why this message might get deleted.
Parish, the dude from Izzy’s performance back in the day with the red Cheyenne are the reason i love fast trucks.
Does anybody remember the code to access the bonus footage on the 2005 dragweek dvd? Kyle told it to me a long time back and I failed to write down.
When yall gonna post anything on Kyle’s update or the wreck he was in yall been acting goofy af 🤓🤡
Is 1320 going to cover 6 week this year
I remember being like 10 watching the parish truck
Bama. Crazy Steve. Batman. Jay. Dan. What a great time to be on the message boards back then.
Mr 18’ trailer himself. (drag week)
I have pics of you two guys together talking to Turk and Freiburger about the Nova at Michigan. Haha
Omg throwback. Nothing left harder than Jim's truck.
I love that being part of this was an amazing part of my life. Im the guy helping Jim with the fuel tank at the back of his trailer on the dragweek clip. Sure miss hanging out with the old crew !!
Brought me back the street fire days
Build the truck!
Great listen, thanks. I think I still have some of the blue truck videos on some old cd/dvd backups that would have originally been downloaded at 3 kb/sec over dialup. Hard to describe if you weren't there, but imagine having to download your cool car videos over extremely slow connections back in low 2000's to even know what you were about to watch. Our present day of real time unlimited streaming would have been impossible to comprehend. Your downloaded videos (collection) also seemed to hold more value, since that download time was earned.
The reason I started watching the channel way back in the 2000’s
Didn't they have that video of his truck running a crazy high hp dsm and during the first run the dsm's plug wire popped off? This was from 2008-2009 I believe.
It’s not the people, it’s the algorithm. If I watch something it disappears and I won’t be able to find it again, ever…
Parish!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was a good one
Jim i just want to say thank you for my life long addictions to loud and fast trucks. The blue truck forever lives in my head watching you whoop on everything on the streets.
The truck that started it all… man, this is great. I miss the forums
Build a replica 2003!!!!!!
