  1. One last comment Colombia is now taking it out on Expat civilians like myself and I’m not complaining. I’m just moving to Ecuador. Colombia is complicit in the drug trade. It grows the Cocoa plant that Venezuela processes and exports into the United States. That’s the name of that tune nothing more to say game over.

  2. You should be more specific about your accusations as to supporting Pedro. I live in Colombia and you are full of crap specifically. how has he helped reduce the drug trade? He got rid of cropping addiction instead of using his persuasive talent to talk to farmers into switching to corn or wheat but some other cash crop from cocaine what a joke production of cocaine has increased exponentially since he did that. He also supports Venezuela and why not he a partner with them in the drug trade Venezuela doesn’t grow any Coco it all comes from Columbia and its production has increased as I said before exponentially so you are full of crap buddy

  3. If it was my family I would give them a 911 in the Caribbean so sweetly trump is looking for people to fear him but I only fear thee creator ✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿 black power tell him I am a Jamaican 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

  4. This is a message for the American people who seek the truth, for those who do not want to promote Trump’s new fascism, who understand what is happening in their own country.

Colombia has suffered the devastating consequences of U.S. political intervention for decades. The imposition of far-right policies, supported by Washington through backing military and paramilitary governments, has left a deep scar on our country. This interference has fueled an internal war that has taken the lives of over 200,000 Colombians, with thousands more disappeared, and unrelenting violence that continues to affect countless families.

For years, right-wing traditional politicians, aligned with the interests of major U.S. corporations, have prioritized violence over social justice, military control over human rights, and oppression over democracy. Policies like the "Democratic Security" strategy have only strengthened the power of drug cartels, paramilitary groups, and the same corrupt actors who have kept Colombia in a state of constant warfare.

Now, for the first time in our history, we have a social-democratic president, Gustavo Petro, who has come to power with a strong commitment to break free from this history of violence and corruption. Petro is promoting policies that seek social justice, dignity for the poor, and a lasting peace. He faces enormous challenges—not only from local elites but also from external interference by actors like the U.S. and Israel, who continue to have vested interests in Colombia.

These powers have tried to discredit him through manipulated media and disinformation campaigns, labeling his administration as a threat to the country. However, the majority of Colombians stand with Petro because we know what we have endured: years of violence, forced displacement, and suffering that seems endless.

The world must understand that Colombia is at a crossroads. We need support for the peace process that Petro is pushing forward, not external meddling that perpetuates the cycle of death and poverty. Peace and social justice are the path we must follow, and with Petro leading, we are taking the first steps toward a more just future for all.

We are afraid that what happened in the Banana Massacre, which our novelist Gabriel García Márquez documented in his book One Hundred Years of Solitude, could happen again—American tentacles spilling Colombian and Latin blood. Trump wants that!

Every time you fight for democracy and truth in the United States, you are helping us preserve our lives here. We will stand around our president and protect him as much as we can. I encourage you to continue standing on the side of truth, life, nature, respect, human empathy, and the pursuit of a better life on our planet.

A big embrace to all of you.

  5. Thanks for your labor informing the point of view of Petro he es strong and rude, yes we know, but he is in the good path to achieve the peace. We is in the law and we need to work in a more complex mob, a transnational force that are bigger than contries and law. Petro is a good leader and he has the support of all teh people of colombia. And is under atack of a soft state strike to … yast the right wing persecuting the left wing, they already kill about 7 thousand of left wing leaders… Petro is smart and he know how o avoid the fascism of the uribismo narc paramilitar oligarchy of sociopaths that kill poor people as they kill cows. We call them matarife, the peopla that cut the cows in the beef pieces because they use mototosierra saw machines to kill indigenous and poor people. please investigate… movie el matarife of Mendoza

  6. As a Colombian national, I can tell you Petro is not a white dove 🕊️. His policies have not worked for the benefit of the country and we can’t wait for him to leave!!!!!
That does not mean that he was not Democratically elected by the people of Colombia. That does not justify the US presence in the Caribbean sea. Who said the USA is the police of the international sea?
US congress is failing to control a crazy president!!!
The USA has the capacity to stop all those boats without the need to use lethal force and if traffickers are caught bring them to Justice.
    This is crazy!!!!!

  7. It’s not about protecting anyone from drugs. It’s a geopolitical tool. They create a narrative of ‘failed narco-states’ so they can justify military presence and political control over regions rich in oil, minerals, and strategic resources. The drug war is a convenient mask for intervention.

  8. Colombia and the US have a lot in common, Pablo Escobar dreamed to be what Alvaro Uribe Velez became to be. Al Capone dreamed to be what Trump has become to be. However Colombia has experienced 60 years of paramilitary groups, "social cleansing" and guerrillas….these the US is just starting….or repeating again?

  9. Donald Trump "TACO" is a convicted criminal for more than 27 crimes (rape, fraud, and embezzlement, among others), who got himself elected to avoid jail time. Additionally, he is a pedophile and has defrauded thousands of Americans. He and his family are profiting from his position, taking advantage of his position, and he is corrupt. He resembles someone in Colombia (AUV). His management style is to intimidate everyone: he attacks Canada and Mexico (main allies), he wants to take over everything, starting with Canada, the Gaza Strip, Panama, Greenland, Venezuela for its oil, etc. ZERO DEMOCRACY WITH THIS FASCIST. He attacks his own population, intimidates the press, the judiciary, universities, and anyone who contradicts him through his kneeling prosecutor. It's worth seeing the level of rejection toward TACO in the USA; last weekend there were more than 2,400 marches and more than 10 million protesters. His sole focus is economic, and he wants to regain something the US lost a long time ago: global leadership. Additionally, he's destroyed business confidence in this country; no one wants to do business with this gangster.
His style is similar to Alvaro Uribe's when he was president, who remains silent and subservient to the US because they have proof, know his history, and

  10. You don't need to apologize. We all know that there are "normal" people in the USA like anywhere else. I'm Colombian raised in Italy. I don't know almost anything about the current Colombian president. My country has a big issue with cartels, dealers, crime etc. But in no country all people are the same. They need to fight against corruption, that's the first step. Despite all the bad things the whole world is going through, I still choose love over hatred, peace over war (in a wide meaning) and hope over despair.

  11. Since Trump did not get hold of Canada and Greenland, he now hold on to the weakest nation of South America to grab some big chunk of land and free oil.
You igmore something. The Bible prophesied the destruction of Uniited States with big fire coming suddenly and with no warning.

  12. You guys have never looked into Costa Rica houses infected with a bunch of Colombians who have a criminal mind. A country that’s a paradise doesn’t even have an army because they never experience violence all of a sudden it’s a country full of violence… prior to that they never had any history of violence, and I speak of the beautiful country of Costa Rica… and in Costa Rica they’re reading havoc, kidnapping, murdering, and drugs. Therefore salute the president of the United States of America America. Another thing you don’t like America get the freak off this country and go to way wherever the hell you are you from..
