Let the citizens decide.
    The USA also needs to restructure the Supreme Court and make it a three member court. With term limits. End the lifetime appointments.
    And, We The People need a Constititional Convention to up grade our laws in some areas and abrogate useless antiquated laws.

They are; Establish Justice, Ensure Domestic Tranquility, Provide For The Common Defense, Promote The General Welfare, and, Secure The Blessings Of Liberty To Ourselves And To Our Posterity…in order to form a more perfect union.
