15. Wow! Love this car! I think he's gotta just get his 1-2 shift cleaner and not let it hit the rev limiter and he might improve his time. Definitely raise the rev limiter. But that's just My Humble Opinion. Maybe even try a 2nd gear start and see what comes of that? Great stuff!
