Fiber optic splitters are also in use at a AT&T U-Verse building in MO. There’s only been one employee in the entire crew of local technicians who have passed the security clearances required to enter the other unnamed tenant in that building. Not just some of the fiber and not just most of the fiber, ALL OF THE FIBER comes through that building for the entire AT&T network. 100% of the data passing through that building is being replicated.

PBS actually produced something of value for a change.
The system is still alive and well. Regardless of what the equipment and app providers say, they are capturing EVERYTHING. I know they use the microphone and camera features of your cell phone even when you are not actively using them. You can sit in a quiet room with another person and briefly discuss a topic that neither of you had ever search for online. The next time to go to your computer, there will be adds for that exact thing you discussed. This has happened to me and my wife repeatedly and we have done experiments to confirm our suspicions. Unfortunately, it is so prolific and widespread that unless you want to live completely off-grid, with no internet, no telephone, no television service, nor public utilities, not even a modern automobile, then you cannot hide from the surveillance apparatus.
