I think Ryan really needs reevaluate his crew. And really see what the strings are for each person because I see a lot of laziness I do understand most of them do outside work, but this is our primary source of income. They need to pull their weight a little more.
Being a business owner is not considered easy money. You have to put in consideration for the expenses you have to fork out for maintenance, repairs on equipment, pay employees, make sure all equipment and vehicles are up to date, etc. It's very hard work.

These guys would be fired in a heart beat down here in Australia. 20 minute toilet breaks, late, unreliable. I’m genuine curious, is there a skilled labour shortage in the US ? Ryan you should seriously considered re-evaluating your work force. Your content with what you have because you’re afraid of guys leaving and not having enough man power. You should really focus on hiring ambitious, reliable and skilled employees
