I had a yellow one…. 1972 model. Had a lotta fun with it!
I just stumbled across this video. Somehow I had missed it originally. It sure brings back lots of memories. Thank you Darren!
When I was in 4th grade my parents bought me a QA50. My father was a fanatic about always wearing a helmet when I rode, and that’s a voice that I still hear today before each ride and the helmet goes on.
I got pretty good at putting new piston rings in it because I rode it around at wide open throttle all of the time, trying to keep up with my friends that had the faster Z50s.
That QA50 was the first of many bikes in my life.
I have seen a video which a guy soaks old carb gaskets in brake fluid to soften them up.
Its so true
Another junk produced by
Honda
The qa50
What a pos
Mustie, I will say one thing even though I know sometimes viewing can get rather difficult but I have to be honest with you, you do have a lot of respect for your viewers & people to take a lot of interest & time to watch your very interesting videos & I for one congratulate you on being a youtuber & a brilliant mechanic.
Watch out for clothes lines.
Going to go out for an hour on my BMW R1150GS then come home, shut the door and watch Mustie weave his magic on this piece of crap…
…for the third time.
Sound like a plan?
🤔
Lol oh shit bro mustie1 looks like doc from back to future he's the doc of Engine's,😂ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
Qa 50s we're notorious for jumping out of 2 nd gear. we had to modify the tranny to fix them!
Just watching this for first time that is A QA 50 Honda only made those for a few yrs
looks like a QA50 like I had as a kid, but with a seat modification with springs, rather slick move for whoever did that.
Heat the plug up with map gas to clean it.
Mustie-1 chapter of Hells Angels. Lol need some brakes.
QA 50 were a great little bike for young kids to learn on.Sadly too many adults rode them killing the very light gearboxes they had. Most you find suffer from gearbox issues.definately not for adults to ride.Z50 was much better built in the gearbox and are legendary..cheers Graeme in New Zealand
"happy cable!" 46:25 The jokes write themselves….. Mustie, I was totally surprised how well that little bike took you around the house – that was a hoot!
Wish I was your neighbour pal ðŸ‘
Awesome man I believe you can get anything running
That's the JONNEZ of My Summer Car ! Yay !
I’n my country you can sell that bike in the condition in the first second for €1200 and when it’s running €1600 and fully restored sometimes even 3000 they are very expensive here
4th or 5th time I'm watching this one!

Watching this now for the first time, since there wasn’t a new video this week, and I must say this was one of the most entertaining videos of all! The ragtag assemblage of the whole bike was a real hoot! Love the neon green duct tape!
some kid somewhere would have loved to have had this … i know i would have when i was a kid great video !
At the end, when you speeded up
the video, it sounded like a
