I drive a semi and always wonder if I drive by someone out of view of passerbys. Last month I watch 3 cars and 2 other semis pass by a van that rolled over. I didn't see any yellow police tape on it so I stopped and there was an older gentleman trapped upside down and couldn't reach his phone. He was only a little shaky, no injuries.
